With a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication and a minor in Computer Science from Toronto University, Thomas has served BeUniqueness as a Customer Service Engineer for the last five years.

Thomas works directly with Done-for-you E-com store customers by responding to their queries and problems and reaching out to them with new offers, discounts, the latest updates, and more. He's played a massive role in expanding our customer outreach and has overall boosted our service sales by a good degree!

His strong communication skills, ability to empathize and quick thinking allow him to develop customer-oriented solutions. Thomas is quite the persuader when it comes to making sales, which is why he's so good at what he does.

With a passion for helping the underprivileged and the less unfortunate, he enjoys volunteering in orphanages and community centres. He says it brings him peace knowing that he’s able to bring joy into someone’s life. These remarkable qualities of his make him loved by everyone in the BeUniqueness headquarters.
