Maria Musale

Customer Satisfaction Manager
Maria has been working for the agency since its inception. She was among the first few people to be recruited. She joined BeUniqueness as the customer satisfaction manager and has held on to the post since then. Maria was born in Kampala, Uganda, and brought up in Britain. After finishing her Makerere University degree in sales and marketing in 2017, she joined Cambridge University for her PhD. in Public Relations.

The way Maria has maintained higher customer retention and satisfaction shows how well she understands the customer service department. She monitors customer complaints and swiftly responds to their queries. Maria uses both interpersonal skills and technical expertise to contact clients. Her experience in the field is over 15 years, so don't ask why she has been sticking to the post.

Maria is famous for crafting the customer care handbook at BeUniqueness. This policies and procedures guide is unique because it balances satisfying customer needs and supports the organization's goals. She has a tentative way of sorting out important contact centre metrics and using them to create the agency's objectives. Her zeal and commitment to work are noticeable in the agency.

Fun fact: Maria also doubles as the agency's motivational speaker. Fellow employees have gained relief from work stress by talking to Maria. Mentoring has been a thing of her childhood, and she is not willing to let go of it anytime soon.

Maria is a staunch believer in the Apostolic church. On Saturdays, she teaches congregants about religious pilgrimages and letters of apostles. She rarely misses Sunday services, and if so, she will follow up the service online.

Maria loves playing basketball and finds her height helping her here more than anywhere else. The lady barely jumps to make a score.

If you want to freak her out (though, why would someone want that for such a kind person),  make an aircraft fly around! As for us, all we want is the best customer service,  and Maria never disappoints us with that!
