Kevin Adams

Kevin, being a Senior Legal Counsel who can lead the legal, secretarial and compliance team, is well versed with the game of Law. He manages a team of lawyers, company secretaries and compliance specialists. He is also responsible for setting up processes for managing Contracts and Litigation. 

He works to set up a legal framework to ensure legal compliance, support sales operations, product compliance, licensing, etc.

Kevin works to support the business teams in product development, product procurement, contract management and developing private labels. He gives out legal advice on licensing and regulatory requirements for product licenses. Throughout everything, Kevin closely coordinates with the stakeholders and outside counsel. 

Though his work and looks are somewhat serious, Kevin is more of a fun-loving person. He likes to take exciting trips to amusement parks or watch fun movies with his family.
