Even though Beuniqueness was the first company Arish ever worked for after graduating, he made it seem like he had been working as a digital project manager for years! He makes sure that all the projects are completed on time and within the given budget by the client. Arish makes a project plan, everyone’s schedules, and assigns tasks, every single day!

On top of all this, he even makes sure to provide timely status reports to the executives and the clients as well. Despite all this work, Arish manages to do everything smoothly and on time. Even though there’s a lot of responsibility on his shoulders all the time, he handles it all like a champ!

His effortlessness also helps create an environment where the clients feel so at home, that they never really have to worry about any of the work. They’ll always have the surety that they’ve got someone reliable on the job, who can handle everything for them. That way, they don’t have to lift a finger, and the job is all done without them having to deal with any of the hurdles! 

When Arish isn’t at the office, he likes to relax. He does this by doing all sorts of relaxing things like reading. He enjoys reading so much that he even manages to finish over 5 books in just a month pretty much every month. That’s just a testament to how dedicated he is and the hobby has its benefits too! Reading helps Arish improve his focus and communication skills in the office as well!
