Nelson graduated with a bachelor’s degree in customer service from Virginia Wesleyan University. Then afterwards, he took on a few jobs in his neighbourhood until he finally ended up at BeUniqueness.

Nelson is one of the most reliable people we have on board with us at BeUniqueness. He makes sure to answer any queries a customer might have about our services or products. Whenever there’s any kind of problem, he tries to solve them as fast as he possibly can. Sometimes, Nelson is so fast that before the customer even gets through talking about what their problem even is! He’s so good at what he does that he can even supervise the entire customer service team and coach the staff to perform as effectively as they can!

Even though Nelson has a lot of experience from all of his previous jobs, he still takes time out every day to learn even more. Be it through an article or by taking advice from his seniors. He’s a man that’s always learning, no matter what’s going on! 

When Nelson has free time, he enjoys fishing. But since he likes his privacy, he actually goes heli fishing instead to a super remote place where he literally needs a helicopter to get to! Through fishing, Nelson gets to relax and steam off from the stressful work he was to do five times a week. That way, he can recharge and get right back out there, on his toes, ready to serve anyone that might need him!
