With years of experience in client-facing roles, Margareth (AKA Marg) is part of BeUniquenss, focused on making BeUniquenss what it's best known for - Keeping the customers extremely satisfied. She does that day in and day out with a smile that someone only with her kind of experience could have on her face.

Having worked in her previous job roles as a Project Manager and HR-Recruitment Specialist for over 12 years, she has truly mastered the science of implementing customized business strategies across various industries.

 

She has shown an outstanding work ethic and progress at BU herself and has also been a reason for the brilliant performance of others around her. She's been providing consultative guidance to hiring managers and trainees to assist them in creating successful outcomes. And that's why the fellows at BU look at her with amazement and admiration - they say she has a significant role in keeping our client retention rate at 95%.

 

When she's not found working at the office, she's seen actively priming her kids to be like HER, actively involving herself in volunteer activities and preparing food for the homeless folks with them.
