UX design is a rapidly growing area with a low barrier to entry, is typically very interesting, and pays well, yet none of these factors piqued his attention.

Jerry is the oldest of four children, and he grew up in a family that always protects one another. They've always been extremely close, and they're always pushing one other ahead, no matter what! These factors combined fueled his passion for making a difference in people's lives. People that might not have the same support he always did. 

Designing a good user experience is what he does! It's obvious from the name that his job is oriented towards users. It's not simply about building products that look cool or for achieving business objectives for the people who utilize the products/services he works on. 

He wants to keep on developing full experiences. His work is driven by empathy, which is incredibly powerful in and of itself. He wants to use his skills to empower other people too. So not only is he working to help others, in doing so, he helps himself too.
