Amelia oversees marketing, advertising, public relations, media, and communications, as well as all growth, expansion, and collaboration opportunities that boost Return on Investment and brand loyalty.

Setting goals and standards, organizing departments, liaising with important distributors and suppliers, and monitoring the workflow and staff involved in the operations are all part of her responsibilities.

She is devoted to finding simple solutions to complex issues. It could be anything as simple as learning something new about a target audience. Finding strategies to create a team culture among 340+ people. Working against the trend to form a mission-driven team of five enterprises to assist small businesses in surviving the epidemic. Those are the kinds of difficulties that make her look forward to going to work every day.

Just when you think Amelia can’t get any better, the time that she’s not spending at work, she’s spending helping people offline! She routinely volunteers at the soup kitchen in her area with her whole family, because helping people is something that is a really big part of the way her family works!
