Background

Ting Beauty was founded by Lucy, who decided to create her own online beauty store in 2017 and wanted it to be different.

The world is full of e-Commerce firms selling everything under the sun, but it’s also full of firms that take shortcuts, fail to look after the environment, neglect the very people who help them flourish from their staff to their overseas suppliers, and regard tradition as something to ignore.

She wanted to show that even in the modern world where goods and services can be bought online, respect for tradition, custom and nature can be maintained.

Challenge

Ting was faced with heavy competition and were be set with a website that provided a poor user experience. The founder Ting Wang wanted to boost online sales and grow a presence on Instagram. 

Solution

Based on their budget and objectives, we assessed and overhauled their website, fixing a series of problems, while also adding an Instagram account and launching an effective paid advert on their Facebook business page to generate more new leads. We also add multiple e-commerce features into their websites such as payment, live chat and so on.
