SKZ Chartered Certified Accountants is a firm of chartered accountants based in Ilford, with a second office in central London. It has been running for five years.
The firm operates a full service approach to enable its personal and business customers that includes account and compliance, business start-up services, tax, outsourcing, support services, consultancy & systems advice and Tier 1.
It’s main USP is about being proactive, responsible and saving tax, with a prime market of SMEs and around 100 clients.
The challenge was to increase the firm’s client base from a static level of around 100 through marketing material that would emphasise the key qualities and USPs of the firm. These would include the speed and reliability of service, the lack of hidden charges and the high standard of competence, efficiency and focus shown by the firm. This would be achieved using videos and social media posts.
We agreed a programme involving 2 videos (one 2d animation, the other whiteboard) and a series of social media management on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. This would consist of one post per week on each platform running from April to October.
The agreement also involved a social media audit and an e-book of four blogs produced for SKZ.
Here are the results that we helped the client achieve compared to the last period:
- Boosted social media key metrics within 1 week, including an increased LinkedIn followers by 10100%, Facebook page view by 23100%, page likes by 100% and new page followers by 100%
- Gained 85.71% new users to the client's website
- Improved Twitter activities by creating an engaging video content, receiving almost 1.5K impressions and 56 retweets
- Improved YouTube video click -through-rate by 11.5%
