Necti Cars is a taxi hire firm in London that offers both standard taxi rides in the capital and beyond, as well as its own tours of London.
Its USPs are comfort and flexibility, child seats and different taxi sizes according to requirements, fixed prices, personalised services and its own tailored tour of London for visitors, which, unlike he services offered by traditional tour companies, enables visitors to go where they want and proceed at their own pace.
Challenge
Marian’s challenge was to raise awareness of the services provided by his taxi firm in a way that could help it stand out from the busy London market. In particular he wanted to stand out from the competition by emphasising his unique selling points of quality services, fixed prices, flexibility and the special London tour service.
Solution
We proposed a mix of blogs to help raise awareness of the firm and what it does and a series of social media posts across different platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram) to help increase engagement.
